"The power of nutrition in promoting wellness and preventing the onset of disease is undeniable. However, eating healthy comes with conflicting advice, deprivation, and struggles with willpower. When these are replaced by practical skills, personalized strategies, and mindfulness, eating healthy becomes the obvious choice. My goal is to empower you to develop the confidence and sustainable skills to nurture a healthy relationship with food so you can live to your fullest potential at any age. Also, my Mediterranean heritage and passion for nutrition inspire me to bring colour, flavour, and wellness to your table!"

Meet Your Facilitator

Dina Totosegis is a registered dietitian and holds Bachelor's degrees in Physiology as well as Dietetics and Human Nutrition from McGill University.
