Stress Relief Through Sacred Art
Using a ruler and compass we will learn to draw beautiful patterns all while focusing our attention and energy on relaxation and the beautiful meanings behind the patterns. Each class will focus on drawing a pattern, using colour to beautify it and briefly discussing the process and our feelings along the way. A safe and open space environment will be fostered and guests will be encouraged to share only what they are comfortable with.
Eat Well, Live Well Nutrition Series
"The power of nutrition in promoting wellness and preventing the onset of disease is undeniable. However, eating healthy comes with conflicting advice, deprivation, and struggles with willpower. When these are replaced by practical skills, personalized strategies, and mindfulness, eating healthy becomes the obvious choice.”
