Mindful Living for Health and Well-Being

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Studies show that people spend almost 50% of their daily life on autopilot. This means that we are probably missing out on much in our lives because we’re lost in thought, worry, or stress.

Learn about one simple thing that will help you experience and enjoy more of your life: mindful living! In order for you to effectively create lasting change and happiness, you need to learn how to take back control of your mind, emotions and actions through mindfulness. And, the only time you can do this is when you are aware, in the present moment, and able to clearly observe your thoughts and emotions.

After attending this workshop, you will recognize the value of mindful living and be able to practice it for enhanced life. We will explore these and more:

  • How you can look great and have energy

  • The path to becoming happier

  • Finding enough time to get your things done

  • Behaviours and patterns
