Nourishing Meaningful Relationships Virtually

ABOUT THIS EVENT

Just when we were getting a little comfortable with relaxed restrictions and hopeful for more social interactions we are hit, again, with the next wave. We are all longing to meet friends and have social gatherings. We are all in this together. Given the safety measures imposed upon us, we have to find creative methods for nurturing our social needs.

Join Samina Uddin for a fun and interactive group where attendees will have the chance to meet together to learn, while socializing, to enhance their relationships virtually. In five sessions, we will grow five powers we already possess. This work will help us ‘respond’ in place of ‘react’ in alignment with what matters most to us. These power are:

  1. The ability to empathize with ourselves and others

  2. The competency of being curious and using it to ‘explore’ situations for a better response

  3. Working with conflict through innovation

  4. Tapping into our wiser self to let go of insignificant stuff

  5. Predicting and preparing for anticipated threats.
